Using the shuttle service

Use this app to request or manage dealership shuttle rides. Provide accurate contact details, passenger counts and destination addresses. Speak with your service advisor if you need to change or cancel a request. Submitting a request places it in the waiting queue; it does not reserve a departure time.

Estimated times

Wait and return times are estimates based on current shuttle information, travel times and operating assumptions. Traffic, stops, boarding and shuttle availability can change them. An estimate is not a guaranteed pickup or arrival time. If an estimate is unavailable, ask your service advisor before deciding to wait.

Google Maps features

The Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Use of Google Maps features is subject to those Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for how ride and driver location information is used.

Driver use

Use trip controls while parked. Location permission supports travel-time estimates and return detection; manual return confirmation remains available if location sharing cannot confirm your return.
